FEMBA-life is non-stop: 900 mid-career professionals carving out 20+ hours per week for MBA classes, homework, conference calls, speakers, events, workshops, interviews, happy hours, etc. This past Saturday, I myself made two trips to Westwood. The first trip was for our Women’s Breakfast.
For our FEMBA Women’s Breakfast we had 41 prospective students and 9 current/alumnae volunteers. Dr. Iris Firstenberg was our faculty presenter; she teaches a very popular course, “Thinking on your Feet” and she shared her perspectives about women in the MBA.
Dr. Firstenberg’s course is powerful for students as they develop their problem-solving, their strategic planning, their ability to deal with negative emotions and fear, just to name a few.
We are always happy when we have Dr. Firstenberg speak at our Admission Events.
Here are our five alumnae panelists, and finally one new admit who attended.
